Opening at Cooper Union on Tuesday October 2nd, WE DISSENT… will operate a timely reconsideration of the margins and theoretical frameworks of the women’s movement. The exhibition will present a large diversity of printed matters and artifacts (engravings, logo, posters, flyers, books, brochures, journals, T-shirts, buttons, etc.), created by women artists and designers, from the 1860s to today, at the intersection of feminism and social movements.
